How do you turn a quiet prospect into a follow-up plan?
- Choose where the conversation stopped. Select no reply to a cold email, after a sales call or after sending a quote.
- Give the tool a few sentences of context. Say who you are, who you are writing to and what you discussed. Include any resource or case study you want mentioned.
- Review your three drafts. Each has a subject line, a 50-110 word body, a goal and its own Copy button. Suggested send days run from day 1 to day 21 after your last contact.
The drafts avoid stock phrases such as "hope this email finds you well" and "just following up." They use the facts you enter rather than inventing supporting resources.
What does a follow-up plan look like?
After a 30-minute discovery call about payroll software, one real sequence returned these subjects and send days:
| Send day | Subject line |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Following up on our payroll discussion |
| Day 3 | Resources for your CFO |
| Day 7 | Quick question about your CFO's input |
That sequence was generated on October 6, 2026. An unanswered cold email to an online shop owner produced a different schedule: day 3, day 7 and day 14.
Your timing depends on your situation and context. Generate a sequence above to review all three email bodies before deciding what to send.
How much does FollowUp Planner cost?
Use the free allowance to judge the drafts. If you need more, choose a paid option.
What should you check before sending?
Count from your last contact. Day 3 means three days after you last contacted the recipient, not three days after generating the sequence. The tool does not schedule or send the emails.
Include any resource you want to offer. If you enter no resource or case study, the drafts use a question or deadline instead. Review any deadline wording before sending.
Check the details, even when the format looks right. Our code checks the email count, increasing send days, body length, fill-in fields in brackets and certain stock phrases. AI drafts can get details wrong, so read each email before you send it.
