WriteMyBookAI

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of WriteMyBookAI, operated by TENSO LLC. Contact: hello@writemybookai.com.

The service

WriteMyBookAI turns a book idea into a book plan (title, subtitle, audience, 8–14 chapters with beats and word targets) and a first draft of chapter 1 of about 600–900 words. It does not write the rest of the book. Results are produced automatically by an AI model and may contain mistakes, clichés or passages that resemble existing works; review and edit them before use.

Your responsibility for generated text

You decide whether and how to use what the tool produces, and you are responsible for it: checking facts, making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and following the rules of any publisher, platform, contest or employer you submit it to, including rules on disclosing AI assistance. We claim no rights in the text generated for you. Nonfiction output is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Not for academic work

Do not use WriteMyBookAI to produce essays, theses, dissertations, assignments or any other work you submit for academic credit, or to present AI-written text as your own where that is not allowed. We may refuse or end access for such use.

Free use and limits

Free use is limited to 1 book plan per visitor per day. The site has a daily capacity limit; when it is reached, generation pauses until the next day (UTC).

Paid plans

There are no accounts: after payment you get a private access link; keep it to restore access on another device or after a monthly renewal. A failed generation does not use up a paid or free book plan. For billing questions or to cancel, email hello@writemybookai.com.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or other people's personal data. Do not use the service to write content meant to deceive readers about who wrote it where disclosure is required.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
